Our mobile lounges are climate-controlled, professionally staffed and stocked with a game library curated for your crowd — from retro party games for a backyard birthday to competitive current-gen titles for a corporate mixer.
Every booking includes full setup, teardown and an on-site attendant, so nobody in your family ends up running the party instead of enjoying it. Pair the gaming with a photo booth or candy wall and the whole event is handled by one team.

The van needs about 20–25 feet of flat space (1–2 car lengths). The trailer needs roughly 50–60 feet (4–5 car lengths) plus room for the exterior canopy. We'll confirm the fit with you before the event.

No, we are completely self sufficient
We do not require any power from our customer. Enjoy a seamless experience without worrying about outlets or electrical setup.

Not at all. We run weddings, corporate mixers and adult birthdays constantly — the game library is curated to your crowd, from retro party games to competitive current-gen titles.

The van is fully self-contained, so weather has no impact. The trailer's interior stations stay dry; only the exterior station is affected by heavy rain or wind. -
Six stations run simultaneously in both the van and trailer. Packages include 15 players (van) or 24 players (trailer), and additional players are $10 each.

Popular dates go quickly, especially weekends. We recommend reserving 4–6 weeks out, but we'll always check last-minute availability.

A 25% non-refundable deposit reserves your date. The reamining balance is due on the day of the event upon arrival. We accept cash, Venmo and Zelle.
Submitting the booking form carries no commitment — we respond within 24 hours with availability and a custom quote.

Yes. Travel fees will apply to cities outside of our service area (Tracy, Mountain House, Lathrop & Manteca)—Please confirm total cost prior to booking

To secure your exclusive time slot, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. We understand that plans can change, so we gladly accommodate one complimentary reschedule if you notify us at least 8 days before your event. Because we hold this dedicated time just for you, cancellations or changes made 7 days or less prior to the event will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, as it becomes difficult for us to rebook the opening for other guests. We truly appreciate your understanding and cannot wait to celebrate with you!
